2013 Chrysler 200 Passenger Side Headlight Bulb Burnt Out.. We're told that the Rubber Inner Fender shroud has to be removed somewhat to reach in from the Wheel Well to access & remove said Headlight Bulb (???) Is there no easier way from the top to undertake the Task (???) And the Price for the Light Bulb is $42.00 Cdn(???) Cheers Thanks
