I have this completely identical issue. ONLY when it's really hot outside! Such a strange problem. It sounds like a "creaking" or squeaking noise.
My apartment complex has INSANELY steep speed bumps, I hate them, but every time I go over them when it's over 90 degrees outside, i get this same odd front end creaking rattle sound.
I've done some searching, and you and I are not the only ones who have noticed. I haven't yet found out what it was.
My guess is it's suspension related, and likely a rubber bushing of some kind that expands when it's hot enough to all this creak.
