You are not nuts. Trouble is they "never" seem to replicate the problems! But this time I TOOK THEM OVER THE BUMPY ROAD. They heard it. Awaiting my 3rd strut. Doubt its the problem, but we will see. The noise is unnerving for sure. My passenger thought I had a flat tire & told me to pull over to check. Car is a year old.
